Season 1

The story of Bakugan revolves around a dimension called Vestroia. When an evil Bakugan named Naga was driven by a cruel ambition to try and take the Silent Core for himself, The balance of their universe is thrown off, which causes Vestroia to merge with the Earth and many other alien planets.

When the dimensions merged, cards began to fall from the sky on Earth, and the Bakugan took the form of small spheres in the human world. A young Dan Kuso (a human on Earth) and his friend Shun Kazami invented a game called Bakugan before realizing that this was more than just a game.

Together with their friends Runo, Marucho, Julie, and Alice, their skills became unmatched, and the Bakugan Battle Brawlers was formed. Consequently, its members were accidentally dragged into fighting for the fate of Vestroia.

The Battle Brawlers ultimately decided to bring back balance by meeting new friends and allies, learning more about the origin of the Bakugan, and facing Naga; who sought to complete the Perfect Core.
